Let's talk about me

Tony Foster.

I love what I do

I solve problems.

I am a Creative Director that loves what I do. I solve client problems. Every problem has a solution, but it takes the right kind of mind to find that really unique solution. To discover what will set a client up for success and apart from competitors.

How did I get here

My Experience.

I have two degrees. One in Advertising and one in Media and Communication (see my resume). The depth and breadth of the knowledge I gained from those degrees are the reason I am now a “jack-of-all-trades” Creative Director.

While living in Wales I acquired my first degree in Media and Communications from the University of Glamorgan (now the University of South Wales). In 2008 I graduated (a second time) with a degree in Advertising and landed a job in Springfield Missouri at a magazine publishing house. I started as a designer of print and digital ads but by the time I left (4 years later) I was running the advertising department where I oversaw ad design, photography, web design, client relations and events for 4+ print and digital publications.

Walz Tetrick was next for me. I went from Associate Art Director to Art Director to Senior Art Director in five years. My client list grew larger and broader and I got to execute some really special projects. I led many campaigns, mentored and worked alongside some very talented people, and grew as a creative and leader.

Intouch Solutions gave me a wealth of experience in the Pharmaceutical space and opened up a new world of advertising over my time there. I was part of larger and more specialized teams and lead broader campaigns and individuals. From multi-million dollar campaigns, to large scale photo and video shoots, to cross-continental Virtual Reality projects — the Pharma world broadened my already wide creative and leadership capabilities.

As a Creative Director at Futures, I worked with Scale-Up companies solving their brand and strategy problems through design and unique market insights. I guided my team through the wins and challenges of working in the Scale-Up/Start-Up world to produce Award-Winning work and top tier ROI for my clients.

My experience has taught me a lot and formed me into who I am today. I’ve learned what makes truly good advertising and how to lead and mentor a team to consistently create it
